A thoughtful and powerful full circle take on the apes universe. Takes the always moving slow, strong and emotional elements of the previous films and uses them again well. I am interested for what is in store and how it worked as a revamp in a sense could go in good directions. I feel this is introductory in a way that Rise was and maybe could really take off the way Dawn and War did.

Howl's Moving Castle 2004
Rich with love and romance. Soaring symbolism of lifelong searches for peace through our years and enormous heart and imagination. Lushly and gorgeously animated, all incredible visuals. Wonderful just wonderful. Hayao Miyazaki is a true genius and his work along with everyone involved in these movies are becoming a favorite means of escapism for me.

Avengers: Endgame 2019
This movie concludes everything with not only an epic scale of action and excitement but also with emotion, elegance, and grace. My only slight issue is a bit of a pacing problem about a third in. Things start to drag just a bit and I lose slight interest. Almost perfect still for me ultimately. These characters get a closing everyone could have hoped for and there are still surprises along the way. This is reason we still see movies on the big screen.
