There's the promise of a good movie somewhere here. I was always rooting for the couple, their love for each other is actually heartwarming. Quynh is very innocent and Quoc cares for her in his own way. But everything else about this movie is kinda all over the place.

I was leaning towards 3, then the climax happened. It completely took me out of the movie. I was into it until they showed that fuckall surgery scene. It makes zero sense, or if it is supposed to, it's explained extremely poorly.
