It's What's Inside was surprisingly unenjoyable. The characters were unlikeable but not in any interesting way, the plotting managed to both be tiresomely predictable and baffling, and the style of the film (its music, cinematography, and locations) was decidedly mediocre. The movie tries to say something about the nature of the self and wealth and memory and guilt, but it honestly wastes its premise, and the absence of any handling of gender given the setup was glaringly weird. It is also just not as funny as it seems to think it is.

Death Becomes Her 1992
Before The Substance, body horror films about the construction of feminity by celebrity culture were best served by this strange dark comedy that is primarily propelled by vibes, wit, and mockery of Bruce Willis.
