This movie seemed a little scattered. Didn’t really have a strong sense of identity. A lot of surprises and not in the best way but not terrible either. Young Jack Nicholson shows up and… is Jack Nicholson. Characters aren’t really likable but they are memorable. Always a good time at the Ohio Theater though.

This film is everything is it advertised as and more. Fritz Lang was a revolutionary director and visionary. A true auteur. This films restored version with lost footage from Buenos Aires clocks in at around 3 hours and with three acts! Even with such a lengthy run time it was all enjoyable!
