Before I watched this film I heard ppl complain about how it was romanticizing sex work... it is NOT glorifying in anyway and it isn't even about sex work. I'm surprised Baker went this direction with the film and makes the film feel like it's pandering to men who sexualize and fantasize feme fatales that melt to damsels in distress when touched every so slightly by a man. Acting was great but the story felt very flat, no true character…
