  Watched this till the tape fell off of the VHS at my Gaboo’s house. 

  Shit is CINEMA. It’s crazy how timeless this is for coming out when it did. It’s eternal!

  Gonna get the trench run tattoo’d as a scene on my forearm. I love this so fucking much it’s wild.

  The Irish Pub 2013

  My mother moved from Belfast to the US due to The Troubles, so I’ve always looked for books, movies, docs, etc that would let me connect with my heritage to a country with such a rich culture and history.

  I’ve also always appreciated views into Ireland that don’t revolve around The Troubles, as it has a bit of a commanding grip on my family. 

  This documentary really hit the spot. So cozy, so genuine. I haven’t watched anything that really makes you feel like a local at these legendary institutions like this before. 

  Can not recommend enough.

  - the engineers deserved AT LEAST full shares

  - whoever doesn’t listen to Ripley dies, idk why they didn’t figure that out sooner

  - Ash’s giggle is the scariest thing in the movie

  - Dallas in the vents is still the GOATED set piece in any horror movie ever ever ever ever ever.

  First movie I watched with my son (he’s 5 days old)

  All I can say is he didn’t shit his pants once during this, and I think that’s a better review on this movie than anything I could write.
