The Cloverfield Paradox 2018
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I kinda feel like if your "explanation" for the Cloverfield universe can be done in a 3 minute news interview inserted into a scene at the start of the movie, you don't really need a "prequel" movie. That interview could have gone into any movie in the series with the same result. This was not a Cloverfield prequel, it was a sci-fi tick-the-boxes movie with a couple of Cloverfield references put in. None of what happens on the ship relates…

When I was a teenager my girlfriend loved this movie and made me watch it every weekend with her. Nobody should have to suffer that sort of torture for the offchance they might get a blowjob. That's just cruel.
