  been a while since i fleshed out any thoughts on visual media, but this came to mind as i was watching —

  undeniably gorgeous composition and framing (the cinematographer and colorist ate that), but noticing this uptick in the categorization of assemblages of moving images (and let's really clock what defines a MOVING IMAGE vs. a FILM) as "loose visual narratives" (lifting that phrase directly from Le Cinema Club's film coverage), particularly from image-makers seeking to break into the narrative…
