The Mule 2018
Clint Eastwood is clearly trying to tell the world the following:
- He gets along really well with Mexicans.
(But they are all criminals and day labourers)- The internet is evil.
- It’s ok to be a racist as long as you’re a really old man and people still find you charming.
- He is still a sex machine at 89 by participating in two, count them, TWO threesomes.

Between Two Ferns: The Movie 2019
As someone who once worked at Funny Or Die, I probably should be more supportive of this movie. But honestly it’s a hot mess that comes across like a 90 minute sketch that was only half planned. Black Bag 2025
If this was a 10 part series, I would have eaten that whole thing up. My only real criticism is that I wanted to watch more of these characters interacting. Bob Trevino Likes It 2024
Movies like this need to have a “bring tissues” warning or something. Performances were fantastic and Barbie had me in a puddle multiple times. I hear crying in theatres is totally fine as long as you can hear everyone else doing it!
John Leguizamo was really compelling and the relationship between Bob & Lily had that authenticity that only comes from a filmmaker who is cutting off a piece of themselves and stitching it into the film. Also it was nice to see French Stewart in something again. Didn’t realise how much I missed seeing that guy in things.

They Cloned Tyrone 2023
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I’m really not the person to speak to the black American experience, but watching this felt like a bunch of white execs found a way to take some fantastic actors and use them to simultaneously pander to African Americans, whilst also being massively condescending to them at the same time. It felt like they reduced the black community to caricatures and honestly it felt pretty racist. I’d be very interested to understand why so many reviews of this film are…
