So many aspects inspire my own desire to create - unreliable narration, non-linear storytelling, keeping things stripped back (most of the movie takes place in one room in real time), not needing to show the main catalyst event because the existing content stands…
Holy cast of Batman.
I wanted some creative inspiration - Nolan is always great for that with his flawlessly executed notions of the rules and capabilities of time, as well as such thought-provoking and unparalleled methods of story telling.
Need to do some deeper diving into what’s written out there about this. Interpretations of what the final scene means. Why the parallel between the first scene and the final scene with old-man-Saito? What concepts Nolan ultimately hoped for his viewership to take away from this, or particulars he wanted them to ponder and draw their own conclusions from.

Gary’s accent is a little all over the place in this one. Always upset about Rachel’s recasting.
