phenomenal, genuinely don’t know how to describe how this show made me feel as someone who has seen women i love go through DV and overcome it. It touches on generational trauma and how it’s inextricably linked to DV and how it makes it so much harder to overcome. It’s shows like these that deserve the awards for telling real stories, it’s crazy that netflix can have a show this good on the same platform as fucking riverdale. I’d be offended if it wasn’t so amazing.
