  First one of these biopics I’ve watched. Truly amazing performances tbf. But it lacked focus. The conflict was randomly dumped on us in a lift (bizarre scene), whilst Sylvie and the historical context stuff (Cuban Missile Crisis, Civil Rights) were not used to serve strong purposes to the narrative.
