if shane meadows has no fans, i'm dead. i cannot, and i mean cannot overstate how much i love this film. it's so raw and real and everything cinema should be. the relationship between the main cast is nothing short of a joy to watch unfold, so utterly heartwarming despite the harrowing turn it takes, and stephen graham gives the performance of an absolute lifetime as combo. the whole franchise feels like a comforting hug that gets ripped out fromβ¦

The Magic Roundabout 2005
as a child, i watched this film so often that the dvd physically stopped working. as an adult, i once watched this on pingers and convinced myself that my dog was zeebad reincarnated out to get me.
