A really interesting study of responsibility and a woman who can’t standing the thought of other women bearing the burden of motherhood lightly. Had previously read & loved the script. But left feeling a bit empty by the film’s nihilistic worldview.

I’m not usually that kind of guy but I do feel this is a bit exploitative of queer pain… “ugh I’m tryna to write but my friends all keep dying which is so frustrating cause they can’t be there for me if I’m dead” Like why is he writing a song about Michael rather than actually being there for Michael??!!
