    Black Bag

    ★★★½

With the backdrop of global destabilization, "Black Bag" reigns in the scope to take a more intimate approach on the spy thriller genre. Drive-Away Dolls

    ★★★

In true Coen fashion, "Drive Away Dolls" is an earnest comedy with some of the most Looney Tunes-ass transitions I've ever seen! Viswanathan and Qualley had great chemistry, bringing wholesome charm to this road trip rom-com. The movie is goofy, and not self serious, delivering quaint escapism. Ethan Coen just wants to put a smile on your face, and have fun in the process. He succeeds in both objectives.

When G. Owen resurfaced I screamed

Edit: All jokes aside, I was truly moved by the time the video ended. As an artist, and someone who hopes to contribute my best to my respective field, this existential introspection Kevin expressed in regards to legacy, and art echoed so many thoughts I’ve been having of late. That final addendum from David Norland brought actual tears to me eyes.

What started as a novel deep dive into a niche fandom evolved into a mirror for creatives that encouraged reflection, motivation, and perseverance. You truly art an artist Kevin.
