They Cloned Tyrone 2023
An unbelievably refreshing, original spin on the science-fiction genre. They Cloned Tyrone is hilarious, well-written, full of twists, and beautifully photographed. It’s really nice to see John Boyega back in the genre after Lucasfilm sidelined his character in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Teyonah Parris CRUSHED.

Don't Worry Darling 2022
This was, like… not a bad movie? Styles was fine, Pine was fine, Wilde was fine, Pugh was obviously sensational, and the remainder of the cast’s performances were forgettable but inoffensive. I think all the press and drama surrounding its production overshadowed what is a really promising script with a handful of small issues—most of which lie in the third act.
I’m glad I didn’t see it in a theater (because I don’t think I could handle the screeching Styles stans), but I definitely enjoyed it.
