  My gut reaction after suffering this was that this was the worst film I have ever seen.

  In reality it probably isn't, but it sure as hell would be a close race.

  Abysmal through and through.

  I'm sure the actors deserved better as they were made to look beyond amateur.

  Unfilmable my ass.

  Zack Snyder has created a magnificent movie that absolutely got it right. It's a grand film on a large scale with big ideas and more style than most summer films put together.

  I'd recommend repeat viewings before anyone dismissed this as anything but an exceptional film. There is a wealth of material in its 3 hour runtime and a story so dense and intricately woven that it demands to be absorbed fully.
