  Fuck it, 5 stars. Even though it looks TERRIBLE (pallid and gray, completely ugly coloring throughout) this is the most fun of all 3 Equalizers. This one made me finally confirm my suspicion that these are superior to the John Wicks.  Denzel has such heart in all of these, and even though it’s a typical “retired-gunman” trope, unlike so many others this really sets up the environment and makes Robert’s affection for his newfound community feel real and not forced.…

  I wish it was funnier. It’s had some moments, but it fell a little flat, as if it wouldn’t commit to being a comedy.
