  This film really put horror films on a different level the fact that the scenes aren’t as “scary” as todays horror film but still gave me chills watching this film.
  As a pretty modern horror fan now and watching one of the most best and iconic horror films of all time, all I have to say is this is true cinema and if I could watch this on the big screen I would.

  Hitchcock really had great camera direction…

  This is probably the best representation of what the war back then was actually like and how people really suffered during the world wars.

  But about the film I can positively say most things about this film were based pretty nicely the characters,cinematography, and more.

  If you are looking for a good war film not like nowadays films where they don’t show most bad things about war not like slavery and the actual ways they killed prisoners back, then I would highly recommend this film to you
