  Women that are either wives, daughters, spinsters or secretaries all taking care of lonely and nostalgic men. A lost war, an impersonal post capitalist globalisation that undermines a dusty and rigid set of values (a military/patriotic song played on a jukebox), and rivers of beer, whiskey and sake. And splashes of RED.

  “They wrote this bullshit into the constitution?!”

  From an internal point of view, this documentary is an authentic report of the atmosphere and the voices of the 2014 events. The Cantonese title actually translates into “memo on a chaotic era” and its images document what mainstream media always failed to report.
