One of the early buddy cop films. That sequence in Grand Central Market is peak 70s filmmaking. Elliot Gould elevates everything he's in and Robert Blake wasn't half bad. Its hard to shake Lost Highway Robert Blake though.

Meeting People Is Easy 1998
If you're a die-hard Radiohead fan it's worth a watch. I think the director captures the insanity of the tour. However, it gets a bit tedious. It should have started more grounded and then worked its way to the more frenetic style.
