  Finally watched Arcane after all this time. I really enjoyed it and the hype was valid. The animation, acting, soundtrack, and storytelling are all really great. Both seasons are full of trauma, beautiful shots, and more trauma. I cried a few times even with some spoilers prior to watching. I felt season 1 was stronger in every way compared to season 2 but the peak moments in the second season beat anything from season 1. The pacing definitely felt off…

  I'm glad I knew nothing about this film besides the obvious two manly men making out with each other. Brokeback Mountain is emotional and gave me so many reasons to smile, yet broke my heart into so many pieces. It's astounding that a film had this level of maturity and emotion while still taking gay relationships seriously in 2005.
