Def a wild one. Amy is mother always, perfect for this role. Uhhhh idk I had conflicting thoughts throughout, but by the end I loved how well it did at explaining that you can feel immense dread for losing yourself as a mother AND have this deep unconditional love for your kid and uphold your responsibility to them simultaneously

Almost gave it three stars because in the moment, I was like, "yeah. This is a film. Nothing crazy." but I realized I've been thinking about it all night so clearly it deserves more.
It was awkward and realistic and hilarious but the theme of the movie and Romy's journey toward authenticity through the lens of her sexuality and her complex relationship with control... yeah! love! Her character annoyed the hell out of me but I can't deny the theme was amazing and her struggles were relatable. And oh!!!!! Harris Dickinson I am in love with you
