Surprisingly entertaining slow-burn “stick it to the bigots” action thriller. Don Johnson, once again, all too eager to play the racist authority figure, but this time with an above average IQ.
Watching Aaron Pierre batman better than Christian Bale was super entertaining and well choreographed.
Finale was a bit cliche and unsatisfying yet coherent. Character arcs were very believable.

For the love of false messiahs, incredible costume/set design, and new testament stoner comedy, LaKeith Stanfield has more range than priests have lost hours spent trying to convert me.
A super original angle on a never before talked about or depicted moment in history. I’m tickled at the thought of the western imagery of Jesus being chalked up to a misrepresentation of a cynical nonbeliever in the form of Benedict Cumberbatch.
