Kinda bleh of a romance film however what kept me engaged was the relatable narrative and backstory of Andrea Bang’s character as an Asian daughter trying to appease the expectations of her parents whilst navigating life and wanting a deeper connection with her parents. Hopeful to see more representation in all films.
