For a Few Dollars More 1965
Yet again just pure entertainment. A Few More just above A Fistful in my book. This truly is a step up in almost every category you can think of compared to the first I think. In my experience I think A Fistful has the best quotable moments, such great writing. So many iconic moments here. Again, I think the Hedvig’s did a really great job summarizing these, props.

A Fistful of Dollars 1964
Saw they were on prime and I mean how could I not. Revisiting one of my favorite trilogies ever. Just an awesome set of films you absolutely cannot go wrong with. Super entertaining, unbelievable acting, and boy how can you not love the story of a great western. These are the kinds of movies I just eat up every second of. Can’t wait to watch the next two unfold again. If you’re looking for some more detail — I think both @Kylehedvig and @chedvig do a fantastic job diving into these — check out their reviews it’s good stuff.

Chinatown 1974
Man I was really close to giving this a 4.5. Just a hungry Jack Nicholson acting his ass off, outshining everyone else performing here. Really captivating story and a couple twists I did not see coming. Can’t believe Grandpa Cross. What a dirty dog. I think Evelyn could’ve definitely used a recast, wish she had been super gas. Also the ending is just top tier.
Strongly recommend.
Apologies for ruining the feed here, definitely not the strat moving forward.

Stand by Me 1986
Just not much to complain about but for me not tons to overly compliment. I think it’s just a solid ‘feel good’ kind of film that obviously you can’t go wrong with but it doesn’t have, to me, any elements that make it more than just a strong story. Hopped on the train for this review, glad I watched it. Pretty good.
