  Contemplating if I'm crazy for not liking this at all. Senseless buzzwords in the world build up and ridiculous fighting is not my type of humor. Spent the whole 3/4 of the movie trying to invent metaphors like 'the bagel represents depression' in order to force myself to finish it. I have no idea what y'all see in it

  Very much needed feature film for a story in the realm of pain and loss caused by the genocide in Srebrenica. Amazing acting and tense pacing that will continuously make you wish for everything that you know will happen not to happen. Emotional, provoking and definitely deserving of the Oscar nomination.

  A masterpiece! It is refreshing to see a female protagonist in a plot that explores grief after a family tragedy, especially in her personal non-feminine expression with moments of anger and lack of tears. Juliette Binoche gives a stunning, emotional performance. The cinematography is soft and comforting, with blue objects in almost every scene. No piece of clothing, trash bag or folder case is blue by coincidence.
