A deeply moving and perfectly executed film showing the power of human connection. This film beautifully weaves a tale of friendship, love and loss through the lens of Salvatore, a filmmaker reflecting on his childhood in a small Sicilian village. The cinematography immerses you in the charm of rural Italy, the performances particularly Philippe Noiret as Alfredo and Salvatore Cascio as young Salvatore are so moving and heartfelt and that score by Ennio Morricone… he never disappoints with his scores. Truly an incredible movie and a must watch for lovers of film.

30 Years of Before Sunrise… my favourite from Richard Linklater’s Before Trilogy, my favourite romance film AND one of my favourite films of all time, It was only right to re watch this.

A timeless, deeply affecting meditation on love, connection, and the fleeting nature of time. The film thrives on its naturalistic dialogue and the quiet intensity of its character’s interactions. The chemistry between Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy is so natural and captivating that I could watch them talk for hours whilst being in different settings and never get bored. Truly such a beautiful film.

This is pure, unfiltered Jackie Chan at his best. It’s easy to see why this is considered one of the best martial art/action films, fast paced, inventive, and packed with unforgettable moments… It doesn’t get better than this.

    “I used to be a brother, and… now I’m not a brother anymore.” 💔

This movie has broken me. I am a little bit familiar with the Von Erich family and their story so this movie gave me more insight into the story of the family and the brothers, will definitely be reading into this story more.

But man this movie was amazing. I loved the performances, Zac Efron gave a brilliant performance. I actually didn’t know Jeremy Allen White…

Such a beautiful movie, Kieran Culkin shines in his performance as Benji. Jesse Eisenberg also delivers a great performance and just seeing the chemistry of both of these actors and how they play off one another as complete opposite characters, it was just a joy to watch.
