Gahd, what a lame and preachy movie. Could have been a smart, reverse the roles satire, or a funny comedy. Instead, it's a leaden, preachy socialist tale, the kind of movie socialist East Germany would have financed.

Tight little suspense movie, very well made. Basically, it's a one person, one setting movie. A fisherman out alone on the ocean gets caught on a mysterious, deserted sailing yacht when his own boat inexplicably disappears. It's not your typical "horror" movie; it leaves room for the viewer to ponder the possible explanations.
Think Peter Weir's "Picnic At Hanging Rock" meets Steven Spielberg's "Duel", and you get the idea. Beautifully shot, well acted.
I like it when filmmakers can go…

So many things on target here, I love this movie.
