  really lovely story and quite refreshing to see this narrative but something about this didn’t feel fully fleshed out. might be the pacing or the romance but overall a v sweet film with a final scene that made me cry

  that monologue was fantastic! loved the fluidity of the narrative and ambiguity around the protagonists life and identity. sort of wish it was longer but I also feel the length adds to the intrigue

  one of the most self absorbed narcissistic displays of cinema !! every time i forgot he was a monkey, I’d see his hairy neck and yellow crooked teeth and think ‘fuck they literally made him a monkey’ ?? absolutely hated robbie Williams’ voiceovers throughout, just so self indulgent and so badly written but to the point where it was funny. think me and oskar were in the minority bc we kept laughing throughout but people were CRYING ?? didn’t realise…
