A Real Pain 2024
As if whatever higher being heard my pleas, Jesse & Kieran in a film together is UNREAL. I could feel the tension ripping my skin off the further you progressed; pain, resentment, embarrassment all perfectly arranged to feel real. THAT is what I want! I want to FEEL when I watch media, and if the last few years have showed me anything, it’s that that luxury is withering fast in modern day film. Luckily thanks to projects like this, I still have hope <3.
