This is a very familiar sort of movie. A variation on a crime drama or law drama that we've seen a dozen times or more. But, it's just done so dang competently and confidently. There's hardly any fat on here, with the only exception, maybe, being that the jury goes to visit the bar, when the only site truly relevant to their deliberations was the side of the road where her body fell from. While my first viewing didn't do a whole lot for me, emotionally, this film is clearly crafted with so much care and love, it's kind of impossible not to enjoy it. It's well paced and the freaky-friday aspect of it is a great example of an overwrought trope being well done. The makeup on both G'kar and Delenn is laughably bad, especially Delenn, and both their characters are not…

I was hoping to love this movie, instead I walked away unsure how exactly I felt about it. Some absolutely stunning shots, in fact it felt like every other shot was a still you could make a nice desktop background out of. The one thing I'll say is that you could probably appreciate this film a lot more by being familiar with Arthurian legends and the tale of Sir Gawain in particular. I'm coming at it as someone with basically…
