Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
MEDIOCRE!
I liked that it tried to do something different even if it mostly fell flat for me.
My biggest thought coming out of this movie was that I expected it to be a furiosa movie but it was actually a movie about Dementus. For a prequel movie, there's very little going on about furiosa actually in here.
The action is mostly just solid, and nothing like the levels of breathtaking in Fury Road.Translated from by -
Dune: Part Two 2024
Pretty fucking good. Very pretty, the sound is designed very unsettling, the story is strong. Doesn't drag too much despite the long runtime. The black and white section is awesome.
It's great how well done it is that you can't trust that Paul actually has the fremens best interests at heart at any point even when he professes to and acts like he does. He gives off the vibes of a guy on one of those volunteering holiday experiences. I hope that chani gets to kill Paul in the next one.
