  Raiders is better than this by almost every metric…and yet Crusade always sticks out as my favorite. It’s  the only other time the franchise is fully in the pocket.

  Also, it’s a stark reminder of what popular movies can be: abstractions of dreams, explorations of theme and character, gags upon gags upon gags.
