I was drawn in once the story shifted gears, and after that it was intriguing, gripping and a wild ride, for Ani and the audience!

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 2024
This was definitely an improvement on the first installment. But the longer I think about it, and the overall story, including the blurry character motivations, the more disappointed I feel about the amount of senseless violence. Also, there was definitely a lack of honey and bees. What gives?!

After all the bashing and negative reviews I had heard before watching, I was actually quite surprised how much I enjoyed Cats. Some of the casting was- putting it nicely, distracting and poor. The storyline a bit shakey. But I enjoyed most of the songs. Jennifer Hudson in particular did an outstanding job. And some if the sets were impressive. But that awful cgi is extremely distracting and greatly impacts the movie. And not in a good way!
