  “But why Jaq?!” This is peak noir cinema at its finest. The minimalist style of the film really drew me in even more. Sometimes I wish I was the protagonist. He’s too cool, calm and collected even in moments where you think it’s over. Plus, he makes fedoras look sick. Also, shout out to the caged bird. 

  “There is no greater solitude than that of the samurai unless it is that of the tiger in the jungle... Perhaps...”
