  Nicely understated film about death and loss. Despite the heavy themes it is pleasant and gentle to watch, with charismatic performances.

  As a recent film school graduate, a lot of this film felt like ‘University Short Film: The Movie’. Given that the main character is in film school, this might be the point. I thought the main performance was good, though I didn’t really buy in to the chemistry or weight of the central relationship. There were some cool shots though, especially the final two ones. Good to see Melbourne portrayed on-screen too, even if it was depicted as being slightly insufferable
