  emotive & endearing at times and simply fucked at others. beautifully shot. the simplicity of windows & silhouettes. the draw of mia as she reacts and observes and moves more than she speaks; her choices continually stirring up a life of their own outside of a predictable, evolving character arc. there’s a sense of stagnancy and being stuck and desperately pushing forward to only rebound backwards.
