Pretty intense and makes you step into the adrenaline-rushed, high-pressure Michelin star kitchen.

    ★★★★

Light-hearted romance flick with Jerry Maguire, an ambitious sports agent, and Dorothy Boyd, an accountant. As soon as Jerry encounters emotions of failure and defeat, something he never thought he’d go through, Dorothy is there to lift him out of his defeated feelings and reminds him of his potential. Through these reminders of optimism and her compassion, a romance starts to develop between the two.

One of my favorite movies ever. What makes this movie so strange isn't just the odd things you see, like half a floor in a corporate skyscraper, a couple who owns a zoo in their apartment, and who take their PET chimpanzee to a therapist, Craig's disgruntlement towards the modern Puppeteering industry, but it is how casually these extremely strange traits and occurrences are portrayed on screen. All the characters are oddballs, and the way they deal with their incredibly peculiar environment like it's entirely ordinary, is what draws the viewer into the movie even further. Great watch.

Raw, genuine, and real… the entire movie is set in the woman’s downtown Manhattan apartment where she receives her co-worker for a dinner date. They’re both socially clumsy and as the movie passes, they get to know one another better.
