    How it starts and how it ends; it holds you tight through it all, just like when you were a child, coming back home, hurt and crying about your food that was taken away from you by the bullies at your class, finding your mom holding you tightly, calming you down, warming you, making you feel safe.
    Your tears getting down on her cheeks, making her feel your pain, as her words try to convince you that those bullies at school are not bad people.
    And the next day, she makes more sandwiches, just for them.

    It kept going and going, and with every second I couldn't help but watch in despair...

    " I wonder if everyone is caged in"

    This line just perfectly illustrates the states of the characters and me as I am watching the film.
    I believe there's this thing about Bergman where he abruptly makes you reflect and feel deeply grounded to your current state in life.
