forgot to log this when we first watched it
the systemic coverup of thousands of pedophilia cases is genuinely terrifying. the nonchalantness of the one priest openly outing himself and talking about molestation as if it was smoking or some other harmless hobby ?? structured and commericalized religion is kinda super fucked. those shots of playgrounds w churches in the background while victims give testimonies… harrowing stuff. great exposé and showcase of the importance of good journalism.
