This movie leaves one hell of an impact and shows just how deeply conflicted Oppenheimer and many of the greatest minds of that time were about what course to take given the enormity of WWII’s gravest implications and the consequences that then followed.  I won’t give anything away for those that haven’t seen it, but Christopher Nolan’s directing as well as the acting from the likes of Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr, Florence Pugh, Emily Blunt, and many others deliver…

This is the single best horror movie there is in my opinion, the atmosphere is absolutely second to none!   John Carpenter’s masterpiece definitely stands the test of time and it also gave us what is the best horror movie theme song. This movie is the one that all other slashers aspire to be.  Aside from being my favorite horror movie ever, Halloween is actually in my top 20 movies of all time.

It’s all over the place but it’s still a pretty fun ride.  Mia Goth shines again despite this movie being the weakest installment of Ti West’s trilogy.

I love this movie more and more every time I see it.  The more familiar you are with the Manson murders and everything that happened at that time, I think probably the more you will enjoy the spin in this one.

Score 100/100.   I admit this movie requires a lot of patience, as well as a willingness to enjoy the ride while you think about abstract concepts, but to me it’s absolutely worth it and I’m extremely impressed by how ambitious Kubrick was with this one!   I’m a sucker for thought provoking movies so now I’m just wondering how in the hell I had never seen this before.    Coming into watching this movie I always thought Kubrick’s crowning…
