Key depiction of what this movie represents, it puts into question of how historical and current pain can be depicted, reflected, felt and talked about.
The contrasts and relationship between both cousins (acted by jesse and kieran) was pure art and the story make it so much deeper emphasising the daily struggles they go through making the movie deeply emotional. Its not anything spectacular, it feels like the type of movie youd find by accident on tv as a youngin when there was nothing else on.
It doesnt really excel under any aspect, at least not to a noticeable extent. The acting seems ok, the story is basic, the character relationships are not very complex/predictable, the setting is ok but other aspects of cinema/movie making don't really add anything to it like cinematography.

Outstanding show.
Each character is filled with some alibi and background deeply explored and developed through every episode.
The tension created between each character and each big „move” feels unbreakable creating this inevitability to the end.
Enough sympathy or even vaguely empathy is placed into each story it feels almost every character deserves some good ending while you know it wont happen.
