  From the limited footage available, I'd argue that West's 2012 film "Cruel Summer" is an improvement on his previous cinematic endeavours, namely "Runaway". Mesicudi feels much more natural as a lead and a surprisingly charming actor, with West himself working much better as a side character, with acting that feels leagues above what we saw in "Runaway".

  Of course this film's gimmick would be the panoramic screen effect, one of the main reasons experiencing this film…
