Relentless opening, which is full of great action, fast jokes and suspense. However, the plot is quite thin and it soon loses steam. All in all, cute enough but didn't hold my boys attention beyond the first thirty minutes!

A Complete Unknown 2024
Chalamet take a bow! Considering the slow start and a by the numbers structure, his portrayal of Dylan is so immersive, that he fully brings you into this world and this character. Whilst I don't think it's one of the strongest biopics, it does have some of the best performances and everyone is fully worthy of their Oscar nods. What a talent!

Thought provoking, thoroughly engaging and a donkey to steal your heart. Whilst I had high expectations, this film exceeded them. A superb script which was carried by some of the best performances of the year. However, what's most impressive is how many layers this film has on the surface and metaphorically. The Banshees of Inisherin is a lesson in storytelling and I'm here for it!
