High School Musical 2006
a standard and clichéd romance that overall, for its setting, aged quite well (i mean, it could’ve been worse), arguably in exchange for it being very vanilla. the basic idea and storyline of the movie is at least a little cute and many of the musical numbers were implemented in a charmingly awkward way. not as entertaining as part 2 but more solid overall.

a lot more entertaining than the first movie but also by just being so much worse. the attempt at a critique of capitalism/the American college system was kinda funny though, somewhat of a saving grace, elevating the movie up to 2 stars — 2 stars in the best possible way looking at some of the absurd sequences, acting performances, choreographies and songs in this movie. it has been memed to death for a reason.

Obi-Wan Kenobi 2022
Still in shock of how awful this series looks. Also, the plot and dialogue was very lacklustre. The fact that I grew up with the prequels and this still didn’t get a lot of emotions out of me exemplifies this. The last two episodes were fine, the rest was shit looking at the budget and talent behind this production. 6 / 10 because I’m a sucker for Ewan McGregors Obi-Wan and for Bail Organa played by Jimmy Smits.
