  First I get a movie that warns me about dating women, now I get a warning about having children. I think Mr. Woelminator wants to tell me something. What will be next?

  Great little thriller about the supposed innocence of children and growing up. Always disturbing and uncomfortable to watch throughout the whole film. Looked and felt too 'European' for my taste though.

  Great commentary on gender perception and female objectification.

  Builds up really well to its gruesome finale. The last 20 minutes are really hard to sit through and not something you'll easily forget. Didn't want to date anyone this year anyway

  While Everything Everywhere All at Once used the multiverse for an endless stream of creativity and just let it all out, Doctor Strange used it for a few minutes of fanservice. If you're looking for some creativity this is the wrong movie because there is none of it. I'd actually argue that the first Doctor Strange movie was more creative than this one.

  Anatomie suffers from terrible dialogues and, albeit featuring some well known German actors, terrible acting performances. It's very hard to sit through some of the dialogues, a problem with many German films, nobody actually talks like that. What makes it worse are the terrible attempts at comedy though. Absolutely cringe and unbearable at times. Ironically it's always funny in the moments where it doesn't want to be funny because of all the unintentionally stupid conversations and situations.…
