  All We Imagine as Light 2024

  It starts as a melancholic introduction to two lives that feel forgotten, against the cacophony of a city. And then it lost me when it becomes framed with a tourist-eqsue POV, with no real stakes laid out for the characters. A shame because there was better room for the intended poetry to be shared with the world, coupled with the beautiful cinematography no less. The lightness that everyone was talking about felt distant, without a real purpose. I really wanted to like this.

  WTF. This film is so underrated. I actually did enjoy this!!!

  Happen to chance upon this randomly, and I didn't think it was going to more than the typical woman-in-captive story. This UK high concept thriller was made for only 5K pounds.

  Not going to mention anything except the ending was too abrupt for me, too many twists to stomach for what felt like a beautiful journey leading up to the climax. The poster said "breathtaking", I definitely second that.…
