  Dialogue can be incredibly mediocre at times and Amber Midthunder could be given more to do. However Jack Quaid is fun, the effects and gore were good enough that a fair amount of the people in my screening were cringing and averting their eyes, and the lengths at which they go to implement the core concept is commendable. This is a two star movie that is uplifted by its exceptionally executed high concept.

  No other movie is X-treme enough to show poorly 3D rendered busts of Adolph Hitler, Jeffery Dahmer, Charles Manson and John Wayne Gacy shooting corrupting lasers out of their mouths into an equally poorly rendered baby to make it the perfect serial killer.
