  not everything needs a sequel 😐 there are REALLY GREAT SCENES in this movie that actually end up being SCARIER than the first one at times and i like the almost video game like first person shooter POV but i think that this could have been so much better. felt overstuffed and more of a reliance on cheap jumpscares and while there are small glimpses of its potential, it kinda lacks that feeling of dread and realistic immersion that made the first one one of my favorite horror movies and a genuinely scary film. wish i liked this more :( but still enjoyed myself
